HOW IT WORKS

After gathering some basic information about your event, we would send you, the planner, a proposal featuring 3-5 dance bands, complete with turn-key pricing.  Upon your appoval, we would upload those respective band videos to the contest website, followed by sending you a contest keyword to distribute to your conference attendees, so they could register to participate in the contest.  


Once registered, they would be able to view the videos of the proposed bands and vote for their favorite one.   Each participant is only allowed one vote.  The band that acquires the most votes is the band you would contract to perform at your conference/event.  This provides an added interest level, while building excitement and giving your attendees a feeling of ownership of the entertainment, months in advance of the program.
